City take on the Grecians on Saturday with a 15:00 (UK) kick-off and the programme is the perfect accompaniment for the game.
It features an interview with Martin ‘Buster’ Phillips, who signed for us from Exeter in 1995 for £500,000 and who manager of the time, Alan Ball, claimed would become the first £10m footballer.
Sadly, his career with the Blues didn’t go to plan with just 15 appearances during a three-year stay.
Phillips talks to us about the move, his spell in sky blue, the £10m tag, playing for England legend Ball as well as offering his thoughts on the brilliance of City over the last 10 years and this tie against another of his former clubs.
There’s also an interview with Gianluigi Donnarumma who tells us how happy he is in Manchester because of the family environment he’s found at City.
The Italian shot-stopper also discusses the differences between Manchester and Milan, his views on playing in England, his opinion on playing for Pep Guardiola and his goals for 2026.
There’s the usual favourites such as Pep’s manager notes, Mike Summerbee’s ‘Buzzer’ column and a look at the visitors, League One Exeter.
Gary James brings us ‘Five, 15, 50’ focusing on seasonal highlights from those specific years while there’s also the usual focus on what’s happening across our other teams - EDS, Under-18s and Women’s.
Make sure you get your hands on the official matchday programme, which costs £3.50, because it really is the perfect way to get you in the mood for the big game.
As well as being available for purchase at the ground, supporters who may not be able to attend the game can also order it online.
