Last night, FC Barcelona once again outplayed Real Madrid in the final of the Spanish Super Cup. The Blaugrana president didn't miss the chance to throw a jab at Florentino Pérez's side afterwards.

On Sunday evening, after Real Madrid's defeat and spurred by a gesture from Kylian Mbappé, the Madrid players refused to form a guard of honour for FC Barcelona, who clinched the Spanish Super Cup (3-2). In the mixed zone, Blaugrana president Joan Laporta didn't hold back in taking a shot at Los Merengues.

"I'm surprised they didn't give us a guard of honour. You have to be generous and respectful even when you lose... But I understand, it must have been a very tough moment for them. They were surely very frustrated, and that's how they reacted," said the Catalan club's president.
