BILD are reporting that Club Brugge are interested in signing young Hannover 96 striker Nicolo Tresoldi. The 20-year-old has scored six goals in 33 games in the 2 Bundesliga this season but is reportedly on the radar of the defending Belgian champions.

Tresolidi made his senior debut as a teenager for the German side during the 2022/2023 season, where he played 14 games. Last season he made 31 appearances for the side in the German second tier, scoring seven goals. Tresoldi has been capped at U21 and U19 level for the German national team. The striker is going through a lengthy goal drought at the moment, with his last goal coming back at the beginning of February against now promoted Hamburger SV. The goalless run currently stands at 13 games.

Club are in the market once again for a striker, something that seems to be a regular occurrence for the side despite their success. Gustaf Nilsson was the big summer signing up front last year but he has struggled with injury and consistent form. With Feran Jutgla expected to leave in the summer and another young striker in Romeo Vermant, himself in good form, coming to the end of his contract, the striking situation at Club Brugge is certainly in flux at the moment.
