HLN are reporting that Club Brugge midfielder Ludovit Reis may be set to miss the next few months. The former Hamburg midfielder has yet to really stake his claim to a place in the starting line up since joining Club Brugge in the summer, but an injury during the sides recent victory over Union St Gilloise looks set to put those chances back even further. This is the second shoulder injury that Reis has had since joining Club Brugge, and now it looks like the midfielder will undergo surgery to try and alleviate any issue that could plague him long term. Reis looks set to be out until after the New Year.
Reis was a key part in Hamburg’s promotion to the Bundesliga last season. The 25-year-old Dutch midfielder joined Club Brugge after a season in which he scored twice and grabbed two assists in 28 games. Over a four year spell in Germany with Hamburg he played 129 games and scored 20 goals.
