During today's Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Associazione Calcio Milan S.p.A., David Castelblanco, currently Partner at RedBird Capital Partners, was confirmed as a Board Member of AC Milan S.p.A., following his appointment by co-optation. Additionally, Dominic Mitchell, from Elliott Investment Management, was designated as a new Member of the Board of Directors, effective as of today.
As a result, the Board of Directors increases from 11 to 12 members, as follows: Paolo Scaroni (Chairman), Giorgio Furlani, Stefano Cocirio, Gerry Cardinale, Randy Levine, Robert Klein, Mark Dowley, Gordon Singer, Riccardo Stefanelli, Alfredo Craca, David Castelblanco, and Dominic Mitchell.
