Juventus are expected to come back strong for Tottenham Hotspur striker Randal Kolo Muani in the summer transfer window.

The 27-year-old centre forward spent the second half of the last season on loan with Juventus and scored ten goals while laying on three assists in 22 games in all competitions.

Kolo Muani was the centre of attention during the summer with Newcastle United, Aston Villa and Spurs fighting to sign him and Thomas Frank’s side ultimately won the race.

Kolo Muani has made five goal contributions in Champions League but has yet to make his mark in the Premier League despite receiving 12 starts and he has been linked with a move in the winter window.

Juventus are looking for a forward addition and after hitting problems in their attempt to sign Everton target Youssef En-Nesyri, they shifted their focus to Kolo Muani.

However, Tottenham were not interested in parting ways with Kolo Muani in the ongoing window but Juventus still continued their effort to bring the Frenchman back to Italy.

Now according to French radio station RMC, the Spurs hierarchy have told Juventus that Kolo Muani will stay with them in London.

However, Juventus are not giving up hope of reuniting with the 27-year-old striker as they are expected ‘to come back strong’ in the summer.

Tottenham do not have an option in Kolo Muani’s loan deal to make his move permanent in the summer.

The Frenchman also wants to get into France’s 2026 World Cup squad and to do so he will need to play regularly while getting himself on the scoresheet.

Kolo Muani did want to stay at Juventus after his loan expired and the idea of returning to Turin in the summer may well appeal to him.
