Achraf Hakimi
With his assist for Ousmane Dembélé this Saturday against Dortmund, Achraf Hakimi has broken the record held by legendary Brazilian defender Dani Alves.
In the Club World Cup quarterfinal with PSG, Achraf Hakimi made further history on Saturday against Bayern Munich, notably with his decisive pass to Dembélé.
With this assist for Paris' second goal, the Moroccan international registered his 15th assist of the season across all competitions. Adding his 11 goals to that tally, the Moroccan star now boasts a total of 26 goal contributions for his club this season.
A record that now surpasses Dani Alves. The Brazilian had previously held the record for most decisive contributions in a single season by a full-back (25 in 2010-2011 with FC Barcelona).
This stat is yet another testament to the absolutely phenomenal season Achraf Hakimi is putting together.
