CNRD sets Vasco payment terms, late payment to trigger transfer ban | OneFootball

The CNRD has set Vasco’s repayment plan, ordering annual payments of R$ 15 million and 10% of gross prize money from CBF and Conmebol competitions to reduce debts. According to Globo.com, the ruling was issued on Monday.

Vasco had proposed R$ 10 million a year plus 10% of prize money, while creditors asked for R$ 20 million. The CNRD panel settled on R$ 15 million, with total liabilities above R$ 112 million.

This equates to monthly instalments of R$ 1.25 million within the CNRD process, of which 90% goes to creditors and 10% covers previously unpaid fees. The club has five days to notify the case file, non-compliance will lead to a transfer ban on player registrations.

The 25 August payment must settle amounts due from January to August 2026, so Vasco will deposit R$ 10 million in one go to the CNRD.

Amounts will be updated each October using the IPCA over the previous 12 months. By 20 August, Vasco must file a fresh projection of payments.
