Millwall beat Derby County 1-0 at The Den to stay third in the Championship and extend a four-match winning run.

In the 43rd minute Josh Coburn headed in from close range after Tristan Crama recycled a set piece.

Derby goalkeeper Josh Vickers kept the visitors in the game with smart stops before the interval, but was forced off injured (86.).

After the restart Derby introduced fresh legs and pushed for an equaliser, with Carlton Morris adding aerial presence up front.

Morris came closest, sending a header just wide in the first minute of second half stoppage time.

The Lions registered 15 attempts, finding the target four times. Derby mustered 14 efforts but worked the goalkeeper only once.

Next, the Lions host Blackburn Rovers. Derby visit Portsmouth.
