Como ‘make contact’ over Cruzeiro left-back as Flamengo show interest

Como have joined Flamengo in the chase for Cruzeiro left-back Kaiki Bruno.

According to GE, the Italian club have contacted the player's representatives to check his contract situation, but have not yet submitted an offer to Cruzeiro.

Betis, by contrast, have made a €15 million bid for the defender on Wednesday, worth around R$ 90 million.

Cruzeiro are still assessing the proposal and are leaning against accepting, citing the lack of a suitable replacement. The Belo Horizonte side also believe a higher fee could be achieved.

Flamengo have shown interest and made initial enquiries only, and there are currently no negotiations with Cruzeiro over Kaiki Bruno.
