Como plays its matches at Stadio Giuseppe-Sinigaglia, an iconic stadium located on the shores of Lake Como. An old-fashioned stadium in a unique setting, seeing Como matches in European competition there would be exceptional!

European Cup matches relocated to Reggio Emilia?

As the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia is not currently approved, early rumours announced the possibility for Como to play its European Cup matches at Mapei Stadium in Reggio Emilia. The Mapei Stadium is a stadium with just over 21,000 seats located 200km from Como, and hosts matches for US Sassuolo and AC Reggiana.

From the day after the last home match of the championship season, work began to allow Stadio Giuseppe-Sinigaglia to meet UEFA standards for the Champions League.
