Barcelona’s 2026/27 La Liga fixtures have officially been revealed, with Hansi Flick’s side set to begin their title defence at home against Athletic Club at Spotify Camp Nou.

The Blaugrana head into the new campaign aiming to secure a third consecutive Spanish league crown, and the Barcelona fixture list 2026/27 has disclosed several dates fans will have circled on their calendars.

From El Clasico meetings to derby clashes and encounters against Atlético Madrid, the Barcelona schedule 2026/27 promises another demanding season for the reigning champions.

Barcelona 2026/27 La Liga fixtures

Barcelona’s opening game of the 2026/27 season will take place at Spotify Camp Nou, where Athletic Club will provide the first test of Flick’s title defence.

Following the home opener, Barcelona will face Elche at home, followed by consecutive away matches, travelling to Valencia and Levante in the early weeks of the campaign.

As expected, much of the attention surrounding the Barcelona 2026/27 La Liga fixtures centres on the dates of El Clasico.

The first Barcelona vs Real Madrid encounter of the season will be staged at Spotify Camp Nou on matchday 10, during the weekend of October 24 and 25. 

The second El Clasico 2026/27 showdown is scheduled for matchday 35 at the Santiago Bernabeu, with the clash set to take place during the weekend of May 8 and 9.

Given its late position in the calendar, the contest could prove decisive in the race for the La Liga title.

Furthermore, the Barcelona-Espanyol derby remains one of the standout fixtures every season, and the 2026/27 calendar has produced an interesting coincidence.

Barcelona will once again visit the RCDE Stadium on January 3, exactly the same date as last season’s meeting between the two city rivals. 

The return Barcelona Espanyol derby at Spotify Camp Nou is scheduled for matchday 32, during the weekend of April 17 and 18.

Furthermore, the first meeting between Barcelona and Atletico Madrid will take place at the Metropolitano on matchday 12, over the weekend of November 7 and 8.

Three months later, Atlético Madrid will travel to Spotify Camp Nou for the reverse fixture, which is set to be played on February 6 or 7 as part of matchday 23.
