The Red Devils have recorded back-to-back wins after the international break and are aiming for another victory at Selhurst Park.

The manager made eight changes from Tuesday night’s 7-0 rout of League One club Barnsley in the third round of the Carabao Cup.

Andre Onana returns in goal ahead of Altay Bayindir, who made his second appearance of his United career in the midweek demolition of Barnsley at Old Trafford.

Diogo Dalot keeps his place in defence, but Harry Maguire and Jonny Evans drop to the bench. Toby Collyer, who started at left-back, has not made the squad.

Matthijs de Ligt will partner Lisandro Martinez in the heart of the backline. Noussair Mazraoui will start at right-back, with Dalot likely to feature on the other flank.

Christian Eriksen has been picked ahead of Manuel Ugarte in midfield, as Ten Hag hinted.

Kobbie Mainoo will accompany him in the centre of the park with Bruno Fernandes in the number ten role.

Amad Diallo and Alejandro Garnacho have got the nod in the wide attacking positions, while Joshua Zirkzee will lead the attack for Ten Hag’s side.

Antony is on the bench after starting in midweek. Marcus Rashford has been left out of the starting XI. He may have picked up a knock in the lead-up to the game.
