CONMEBOL has appointed Uruguayan referee Gustavo Tejera for Cerro Porteño v Palmeiras in the fourth round of the Libertadores group stage. The match is on Wednesday 29 April at 21:30 Brasília time.

Antonio Garcia, also from Uruguay, will serve as VAR. It will be Tejera’s first time officiating a Palmeiras match.

Palmeiras have one win and one draw in the competition. After beating Sporting Cristal in round two, they lead Group F on four points.

Sporting Cristal and Cerro Porteño are both on three points, with Junior Barranquilla on one.

The game will be played at Estadio Ueno La Nueva Olla in Asunción, Paraguay, with broadcast on TV Globo, ESPN and Disney+.
