Conmebol confirms kits for Flamengo v Independiente del Valle quarter-final | OneFootball

Conmebol confirmed that Flamengo and Independiente del Valle will wear pre-approved kits for both legs of their Copa Libertadores quarter-final.

In the first leg in Ecuador, Flamengo will be in predominantly white, with shirt, shorts and socks all in that colour. Goalkeeper Rossi will wear yellow.

For the return in Rio, Flamengo will revert to their home colours, with red socks retained.

Independiente del Valle will use their traditional black strip with a blue detail through the centre, while their goalkeeper will be in green. At the Maracanã, both outfield players and the keeper will maintain the same tones.

Flamengo arrive buoyed as the reigning Libertadores champions, having knocked out Cruzeiro in the last 16.

In the Brasileirão, they have beaten Botafogo and Mirassol, the latter a rearranged fixture, and sit one point off top spot.

Del Valle recently saw a 26-match unbeaten run end with two league defeats, yet still lead their domestic competition by 20 points.

The first leg is on Thursday the 10th at 21:30 Brasília time, with the return on the 17th at the same hour at the Maracanã. Before then, Flamengo visit Remo in the league on Sunday the sixth at 16:00 at the Mangueirão in Belém.
