Antonio Conte and Napoli are in another meeting today, ahead of schedule, to commit the final details and agree to continue together next season.

It has been a real rollercoaster for the Partenopei since winning the Serie A title, pipping Inter to the top of the table by a single point last week.

The coach had initially seemed determined to move on, feeling he could not improve on this result with the resources put at his disposal.

After an initial meeting on Tuesday, he agreed to take some time to consider his situation, and it would seem changed his mind.

Conte now committed to Napoli future

They were expected to come back together on Friday, but that encounter was brought forward to this evening.

It also includes the presence of President Aurelio De Laurentiis, director of sport Giovanni Manna and CEO Andrea Chiavelli.

Sky Sport Italia and many other sources all confirm the encounter is taking place tonight and could be the final step before De Laurentiis announces Conte will remain.

He is not just promising investments on the transfer market, but also to fix the training pitches that Conte blamed for their many injuries this term.
