The FA Women’s Continental Tyres League Cup quarter-finals are being played this Wednesday and all are being shown live on The FA Player.

Brighton & Hove Albion v Aston Villa (Crawley Town FC, 7pm) Chelsea v Sunderland (Kingsmeadow Stadium, 7pm) London City Lionesses v Arsenal (Dartford FC, 7pm) Tottenham Hotspur v Manchester City (Leyton Orient FC, 7.30pm)

Two all-WSL ties see Brighton host Aston Villa who have beaten them 1-0 in the Midlands this season and Spurs face Manchester City, with the latter boasting 7-0 and 2-0 victories over their hosts this term.

There are two tough tests for Championship sides, with Sunderland away to finalists of all the last four years in Chelsea, while London City Lionesses have a huge home tie against holders Arsenal.
