Arthur Masuaku’s Sunderland future is again under scrutiny, with contrasting reports in Türkiye on a proposed move to Konyaspor, while separate claims link Matias Soule with AC Milan and Gonzalo Garcia with Fulham. The left-back joined last summer, played four times, then left on loan to RC Lens in January.

Konya’nin Sesi reports Konyaspor were in the final stages of talks with Sunderland and that the club were willing to let the DR Congo international leave on a free, despite one year left on his deal.

Yeni Meram claims the move is now on hold, adding Masuaku wants to assess alternatives and that Konyaspor have cooled interest and will target others.

Tutto Juve states Roma have offered Soule to Milan as they seek funds, with any deal said to cost upwards of £34.3 million. Milan are said to consider the price affordable, but there is no concrete indication Sunderland intend to pursue the 23-year-old.

Fabrizio Romano reports Fulham are close to signing Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Garcia for a fixed £34.3 million plus £1.7 million in add-ons, with a 30% sell-on clause. The Spaniard, previously linked with Sunderland, may now reunite with Alvaro Arbeloa, who recently took charge at Craven Cottage.
