FC Copenhagen and adidas have joined forces to create a stunning Scandinavian design, unveiling the Superliga side's new third kit.

Transcending sportswear and bringing high fashion into the football world, Copenhagen's new jersey nods to the timeless elegance that surrounds Scandinavian culture. With subtle minimalism and beautiful colourways, both the club and adidas have created a piece perfect for matchwear or streetwear.

To gain true inspiration for this unique design, adidas sent a team to Denmark's capital to take in the sights and sounds of the city. The team immersed themselves in the Danish lifestyle, using historic doors, intricate details and traditional typography as inspiration.

The 'Copenhagen Green' forms a canvas for the new jersey - offering a warm, dark hue for the designs to sit on.

The shade stems from the iconic benches of Copenhagen, serving as the core inspiration for the shirt. A colour familiar to generations of locals, adidas utilised a friendly, welcoming shade that feels timeless and contemporary at the same time.
