This means Marco Sportiello will start in goal, while Filippo Terracciano will get the nod in the left-back position.

Paulo Fonseca will rotate his squad, but a few regular starters will still make the starting line-up. Among them are Fikayo Tomori in central defence, Tijjani Reijnders and Youssouf Fofana in the middle of the park and Rafael Leao in attack.

Sassuolo star Domenico Berardi is expected to start on the bench, but he’ll naturally be the main threat if he’s involved.

The Italian winger has scored 11 goals against the Rossoneri, including three at San Siro.

Tonight’s winner will face Roma or Sampdoria in the quarter-finals.
