Corinthians are making headway in commercial talks and could surpass R$ 255 million in sponsorship income in 2026.

According to Globo.com, the marketing department is working towards up to 10 new contracts in the first quarter across the men's and women's teams. The club have recently lifted the Copa do Brasil and Supercopa Rei.

The most advanced negotiation is with Esportes da Sorte, with terms aligned for a renewal through to the end of 2029. The betting firm has also agreed to vacate the prime shirt position in other sports, including women's football, futsal, volleyball and basketball, which would allow Corinthians to bring in additional partners.

At present, beyond the fee for the main shirt slot, Esportes da Sorte funds part of Memphis Depay's salary via a budget earmarked for high-profile signings. Under the new deal, Corinthians would retain this extra money without having to link it to a specific player, freeing the board to prioritise debts, assets or squad additions.

Corinthians are also in advanced talks with BYD. The Chinese manufacturer featured on one shoulder of the shirt last Sunday, initially as a one-off for the Supercopa. The expectation is that the agreement becomes permanent until the end of this season.

Strong recent results for the men's side, the professionalisation of management and the proximity of the Conmebol Libertadores are factors strengthening the club's appeal to advertisers. The board want to capitalise on the moment to sign commercial deals and raise revenue.
