Corinthians and Palmeiras are level at 1-1 in the Supercopa Feminina final, with the second half playing out at pace.

According to Meu Timao, Corinthians struck inside the opening five minutes before Palmeiras equalised, and it was all square at the interval. In stoppage time before the break, Jaqueline drew a fine save from Kate Tapia as Palmeiras had the better of the closing exchanges.

Corinthians began the restart on the front foot. Bia Zaneratto almost connected with a volley before Nicole cleared the danger. Soon after, Fe Palermo crossed for Brena, who lifted her effort over.

Duda Sampaio then broke through and shot wide, and moments later Belén Aquino tested Tapia from range. Gi Fernandes and Ana Vitória drove Corinthians on. Palmeiras carried a threat on the counter, finding space down the left for Brena Carolina.

Changes followed, with Erika and Robledo introduced for Belén and Gi Fernandes. Jaqueline soon crossed from the right, and Zanotti went close with a header. At 18 minutes Andressa Alves cut inside, her shot deflected onto the bar for a corner.

A minute later Tapia collided with Erika and required treatment, which halted a promising Corinthians attack.
