Security staff at Neo Química Arena have submitted a document to Global Security, Corinthians, the stadium administration and HR and compliance, seeking an administrative inquiry into operations. According to Meu Timao, the complaint centres on the CCO and guidance linked to director Ricardo Okabe, described as president Osmar Stabile’s right-hand.
They say instructions, often sent by Ana of Kallimage, which runs the CCO and reports to Okabe, began to directly interfere with Vigilância Patrimonial. The actions allegedly went beyond support, with constant demands, repeated post checks and meddling in duty rosters, harming efficiency and the work environment.
Staff also contend incidents were pinned on security before checks were completed, including cases reliant on CCO cameras. They argue this led to improper questioning and blame. CCO professionals are said to have informally reported orders to intensify scrutiny of certain guards, with witnesses available.
As a consequence, employees report insecurity, emotional strain and fear of warnings, substitutions and dismissals. The report adds that a source alleged Okabe requested the removal of a worker after accusations later deemed unfounded, then approached the same person with a Corinthians job offer seen as an attempt to hush the matter.
The signatories ask for an impartial investigation, interviews with those involved, and analysis of radio logs, messages, images and other operational records. They also seek a review of the CCO’s remit over the security team and guarantees against retaliation for anyone assisting.
