Corinthians have arrived in Belo Horizonte for Wednesday’s Brasileirão fourth-round match against Cruzeiro, with 16-year-old goalkeeper Gustavo Milani included. The match is scheduled for 20:00 at the Mineirão.

The squad travelled after a final session at CT Joaquim Grava. According to Meu Timao, they reached the hotel around 20:20 with 24 players, and reserve goalkeeper Felipe Longo remained in São Paulo due to an elbow problem.

Milani, who began the season as the Under-20 starter, is joined in the travelling goalkeeper group by Hugo Souza and Kauê. Head coach Dorival Júnior again has four absentees through injury, while Zakaria Labyad continues reconditioning after nearly three months without playing.

The medical department lists Hugo Farias, recovering from surgery on the lateral meniscus in his right knee, Kaio César, in physical transition after a right hamstring injury, Matheus Pereira, treating a grade two tear in the left biceps femoris, and Yuri Alberto, also with a grade two injury to the same muscle.

Weather conditions delayed the delegation’s arrival. Players disembarked in rain, with a more restrained Fiel presence outside the hotel.

Corinthians travel in form after beating Athletico Paranaense in the league and Portuguesa on penalties to reach the Paulista semi-finals. They are fifth on six points, one behind leaders Palmeiras.
