Corinthians lost 1-0 at Umuarama on Saturday, another setback away from the Wlamir Marques in the Liga Nacional de Futsal.
According to Meu Timao, the result leaves the team in a delicate position in the table. They end the round 13th on eight points, only one above the drop, with Santo André in the relegation place and Marreco in the play-off spot.
Their last away LNF win came on 20 November 2025, a 1-0 success over Campo Mourão at the Arena UTFPR, sealed by Luisinho, who has since left. That first-leg semi-final triumph set up progress, completed with a 3-2 home win at the Ginásio Wlamir Marques.
The barren run began in the 2025 final. After a 3-3 draw with Jaraguá at Parque São Jorge, Corinthians lost the return 3-0 in Santa Catarina on 13 December, finishing runners-up.
This season on the road they have six defeats in six LNF games, six scored and 17 conceded, averages of one and 2.8 per match.
The sequence started with a 4-1 loss at Joinville on 28 March at the Centreventos Cau Hansen, then a 3-2 defeat at Carlos Barbosa on 18 April at the Centro Municipal de Eventos Sérgio Luiz Guerra. In May they fell 3-2 at Jaraguá on the 6th and 3-0 at Atlântico Erechim on the 23rd, then on 21 June they led but lost 3-2 at Campo Mourão in the Arena UTFPR.
Corinthians now turn to the 12th round, hosting Minas on Friday 10 at 19:30 at the Ginásio Wlamir Marques, Parque São Jorge.
