Corinthians basketball face double duty on court this Friday

On the night of Friday, October 31, Fiel can enjoy a double dose of Corinthians basketball. In the men's category, Timão hosts Flamengo in the Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB) as the home team, while the Furiosas travel to Sorocaba to face Pró-Esporte in the Paulista Championship.

The team led by Elinho and company will take the court at Ginásio Hugo Ramos, in Mogi das Cruzes, at 8:00 PM (Brasília time), to face Flamengo in search of their third consecutive win in the NBB. The team is coming off a victory against Vasco da Gama, as well as qualification in the South American Basketball League.

A little later, at 8:30 PM, the women's basketball team takes the court for the first game of the Paulista Basketball Championship playoffs. This is the first of a possible three games, with Corinthians having home-court advantage due to their good ranking in the previous rounds.

Broadcast

For the NBB game, in addition to Fiel being able to attend the arena to watch the match, it will be broadcast on the ESPN channel and the Disney+ streaming platform. For the Women's Paulista game, the broadcast will be handled by the Federação Paulista de Basquete, which streams the games on YouTube.

Upcoming matches

After hosting Flamengo, Corinthians will shift their focus to face Botafogo, again in the NBB, on the next November 3, Monday. The women's team will have more days to rest, returning to action only on Wednesday, the 5th, against Pró-Esporte.
