Corinthians returned on Monday and began a two-day build-up for Wednesday’s Brasileirão trip to Cruzeiro at Mineirão, Belo Horizonte, kick-off 20:00 Brasília time, following their Paulista quarter-final against Portuguesa.

Those who played more than 45 minutes in that tie completed recovery work indoors at CT Joaquim Grava. Memphis Depay shared images of treatment on his right thigh and left knee, the same knee that had bone oedema last year and kept him out of the first five matches. The club said such therapy is standard on regeneration days, with players addressing specific areas after each game.

Striker Yuri Alberto and midfielder Matheus Pereira remain in the medical department with grade 2 injuries to the left biceps femoris.

Forward Kaio César continues rehabilitation on a right posterior thigh issue, has already run on the pitch, and the case is being managed with caution.

Players with fewer than 45 minutes began with gym activation. On the grass, staff led possession work and a small-sided game, and the session closed with finishing drills.

Corinthians will hold their final session on Tuesday morning, then travel to Belo Horizonte for the fourth-round meeting with Cruzeiro. The Paulista semi-final against Novorizontino is scheduled for Saturday at 20:30.
