Corinthians have been boosted by the return of striker Pedro Raul as they prepare to face Flamengo for the Supercopa do Brasil 2026 on one February at Estádio Mané Garrincha in Brasília, with kick-off time to be confirmed.
According to Coluna Do Fla, Pedro Raul remains under contract at Corinthians until December 2028 after spending 2025 on loan at Ceará, with that spell over and the forward back at the club.
He has rejoined pre-season with the squad and will compete with Yuri Alberto for a starting role in Dorival Junior’s side.
Ángel Romero has departed after his deal expired on 31 December 2025 and was not renewed, leaving the forward a free agent.
Flamengo’s squad are on holiday and due to return on 12 January, though Juninho will not report back as he is a Pumas (MEX) player and Cleiton has moved to Wolfsburg (ALE). Vitão is close to being announced as their first reinforcement for the 2026 season.
