Corinthians received a goalkeeping boost as Lelê returned to full training. Emily Lima’s side sharpened crossing and finishing ahead of Sunday’s 15th round derby with Santos at Canindé, kick-off 16:00 on Father’s Day.

The squad held their penultimate session on Friday morning. According to Meu Timao, work began in the gym, then moved to the pitch for warm-ups and attacking drills featuring possession, crosses and finishing.

The standout update was Lelê’s return to group work after recovering from tendinopathy in the posterior right thigh. Having previously trained only under the supervision of the goalkeeping coaches, she is now back with the squad.

The medical department still has others in recovery. Midfielder Ana Vitória remains in physical transition after glute discomfort, and Letícia Monteiro is also in transition following an adductor problem. Goalkeeper Rillary continues treatment after an elbow infiltration.

Corinthians lead the Brasileirão Feminino and are already through to the quarter-finals with 34 points, aiming to extend their advantage. Santos are 11th on 20 points, outside the qualification places.
