Corinthians have named their line-up for the first Dérbi of 2026, hosting Palmeiras at Neo Química Arena at 20:30 in the seventh round of the Campeonato Paulista. According to Meu Timao, Dorival Júnior restores his regulars after midweek rotation, but André Carrillo is a late absentee.
They beat Capivariano 3-0 in midweek with an alternative XI, and the selection closely mirrors the side used against Flamengo in last Sunday’s Supercopa do Brasil decider.
Corinthians start with Hugo Souza, Matheuzinho, Gabriel Paulista, Gustavo Henrique, Matheus Bidu, Raniele, André Luiz, Matheus Pereira, Breno Bidon, Yuri Alberto and Memphis Depay.
Palmeiras, coached by Abel Ferreira, name Carlos Miguel, Khellven, Murilo, Gustavo Gómez, Joaquín Piquerez, Marlon Freitas, Andreas Pereira, Allan, Maurício, Flaco López and Vitor Roque.
Dorival contends with three absences. Kaio César has a right hamstring injury, Hugo Farias has a right lateral meniscus problem, and Carrillo has left adductor discomfort.
Looking ahead, André Carrillo, André Luiz, Matheus Pereira and Yuri Alberto are one booking from a ban that would apply to the next match against São Bernardo. With 11 points, Corinthians sit fifth in the Paulistão, and a home win could lift them above their rivals and into second.
