A group of Corinthians councillors and members has filed a fresh impeachment request against president Osmar Stabile with the club's Conselho Deliberativo.
According to Globo.com, the document alleges statutory and legal breaches in the hiring of security firms and seeks Stabile's immediate removal from office.
Central to the filing is the hiring of Mega, linked to Fernando José da Silva, Nandão, Corinthians' operational manager, allegedly without a contract or prior Cori approval.
The authors also question three invoices to Mega totalling R$ 676,000, and note that although Stabile said Nandão held no role, he continues to work at the club.
The filing cites Bear Security Ltda., said to handle Stabile's personal security, which allegedly received about R$ 586,000 and was created in January 2025, invoicing only after he took office.
The signatories argue the deals show reckless management, including no competition, missing contracts, possible conflicts of interest and a lack of transparency to internal oversight. They ask the Conselho Deliberativo to process the case, alert the Ministério Público de São Paulo and order an independent audit into emergency hires and payments.
In April, members and councillors filed a first impeachment bid, alleging breaches of the Statute and law tied to a PGFN deal to regularise an estimated R$ 1.2 billion debt. The request said Parque São Jorge was used as collateral, with the social HQ valued at R$ 602.2 million.
