Corinthians have five absentees and eight at risk for Flamengo clash | OneFootball

Corinthians host Flamengo on Sunday 22 in the eighth round of the Brasileirão, going in short of options. According to Coluna Do Fla, Dorival Júnior is without five players and has eight others at risk of suspension.

Felipe Longo, Hugo and Kaio César are in the medical department. Allan, on loan from Flamengo, will not be available. Jesse Lingard is yet to be registered in the CBF’s Boletim Informativo Diário, the BID.

The loan agreement between the clubs includes a R$ 2 million fee if Allan plays against Flamengo, so Dorival Júnior has opted to leave the midfielder out.

Eight Corinthians players carry two yellow cards: Hugo Souza, Matheuzinho, Gustavo Henrique, André Ramalho, Matheus Bidu, Fabrizio Angileri, Raniele and André Carrillo.

If any of them are booked, they will serve a one-match ban in the next Brasileirão round. Kick-off is at 20h30 Brasília time at Neo Química Arena in São Paulo.
