According to Meu Timao, referee Davi de Oliveira Lacerda, from Espírito Santo, will take charge when Corinthians host Cruzeiro in the Brasileirão on Sunday, the 23rd-round match starts at 19:30 at Neo Química Arena.

Lacerda has overseen eight Corinthians games, with five wins, two draws and one defeat. He has shown 25 yellow cards and three reds to Corinthians players.

He has refereed four Corinthians matches in 2026, all in the league. The most recent was the 1-0 home win over Vasco.

The only defeat under his watch came earlier this year against Fluminense at the Maracanã, when Corinthians were coached by Dorival Júnior. Midfielder Allan was sent off for an obscene gesture.

The CBF has also appointed assistants Thiago Americano Labes of Santa Catarina and Douglas Pagung of Rio de Janeiro, fourth official Bruno Mota Correia, and VAR Paulo Renato Moreira da Silva Coelho, both from Rio de Janeiro.

Corinthians sit eighth on 32 points. A win could see them finish the round in the top five, a position that secures a 2027 Libertadores place.
