Corinthians host Botafogo aiming to get back to winning ways in the NBB

Corinthians takes to the court this Monday night (3rd) for the fifth round of the Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB). After facing Flamengo, Timão hosts Botafogo for the fifth round of the championship, starting at 8 PM (Brasília time), at the Wlamir Marques Gymnasium.

After a positive streak, the team led by Jece Leite suffered its second defeat in the competition against Flamengo, also at home. Now, they seek their third victory to return to a positive record and continue firmly in the pursuit of playoff qualification.

Probable Lineup

Despite the defeat in the last challenge, Jece Leite is expected to maintain the core of the team that was on a good streak and secured qualification in the South American Basketball League. Thus, the starting five should be composed of Elinho, Elyjah Clark, Davaunta Thomas, Victão, and Gabriel Novaes.
