Corinthians host Cruzeiro, eye return to winning ways in NBB

Corinthians returns to the court this Saturday afternoon (10) for another commitment in the Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB). In a game taking place at the Wlamir Marques Gymnasium at 4 PM (Brasília time), Timão hosts Cruzeiro seeking recovery after being defeated by KTO Minas in the previous round of the competition.

The alvinegra team is in a good moment in the NBB, having won 13 of the 20 games played so far and remaining in the upper half of the standings. The good campaign has already earned the team a spot to compete in the Super 8 Cup, which takes place this January and grants the champion a place in the Basketball Champions League Americas (BCLA).

Probable Lineup

For Thursday's match, Jece Leite and the coaching staff are expected to field the team with: Elinho, Rafael Munford, Davaunta Thomas, Victão, and Lucas Cauê.

Broadcast

So far, the NBB has not confirmed any broadcast channel for the match. After the final whistle, Central do Timão will bring all the details of the game.

Next Commitment

After the match against Cruzeiro, Corinthians travels to Rio de Janeiro for a sequence of three games, the first being against Flamengo, next Wednesday (14), at 8 PM.
