Corinthians land major uplifts for Fielzone, Lounge Brahma and UniDrummond at Neo Química Arena | OneFootball

Corinthians have agreed major increases on hospitality and university leases at the Neo Química Arena, covering Fielzone, Lounge Brahma and UniDrummond.

According to Meu Timao, Fielzone’s operator will pay 75% more, with figures undisclosed. Opened in 2019, the 2,000 m² area sits between the West and South stands, with covered and open-air sections and a deck overlooking the pitch.

Fielzone has been revamped several times since 2019. An early 2025 refit made it the arena’s largest VIP space, adding a Barbecue Shop, food islands replacing the old pool and a new tubular stand.

The Lounge Brahma deal has also been reworked, lifting the fee by about 100%. Located in the West stand, it hosts events with open food and open bar, games, a rest space and services such as barbers, massage and tattoos, plus DJs and live shows.

UniDrummond, which previously paid no rent, will now see Corinthians receive about R$ 1.5 million. Its campus inside the arena offers in-person and distance courses with a panoramic pitch view and adapts operations on matchdays.

Other attractions include the Tour do Povo, a Poderoso Timão shop, coworking space, gym, Arena Ronaldo, helipad, Arena Kids and Bar do Zeca Pagodinho, plus private corporate areas.

On the pitch, Corinthians return to the Neo Química Arena on Wednesday at 21:30 to face Coritiba in round five of the Campeonato Brasileiro.
