According to Meu Timao, Corinthians striker Yuri Alberto could represent Italy with a view to the 2030 World Cup cycle, and his representatives view the option positively.

Gabriel Martinelli, a Brazil and Arsenal forward, is an avowed Corinthians fan and once again expressed his affection for the club, despite never having played for the side.
