Corinthians launch special Jesse Lingard cup for Flamengo match | OneFootball

According to Meu Timao, Corinthians will sell a special cup at Neo Química Arena on Sunday, 20:30, for the eighth-round meeting with Flamengo in the Campeonato Brasileiro, featuring new recruit Jesse Lingard.

The black-and-white design shows Lingard performing his JL goal celebration, hands in front of his face, and includes the Corinthians crest, his name and the number 77. Each cup is priced at R$25,00.

Lingard will not be available to face Flamengo, as his work visa has not yet been regularised and he has not been registered with the CBF. As a result, he is still awaiting clearance to make his debut.

The club had planned for him to be involved against Flamengo, but timelines have shifted. The expectation now is that he could debut after the FIFA international break, on Wednesday 1 April, away to Fluminense at the Maracanã.

That date would also mark one month since his official unveiling by Parque São Jorge. The fixture could therefore provide his first outing in the number 77 shirt.
