Corinthians have been drawn alongside Colo-Colo, Caracas and the yet-to-be-confirmed Colombian league runners-up in Group A of the 2026 Libertadores Feminina.
Meu Timao reports that the draw in Luque, Paraguay, on Monday confirmed Corinthians as top seeds, with the tournament to run from 15 to 31 October in Quito, Ecuador.
Colombia’s finalists are still being decided, with the semi-finals pitting Deportivo Cali against Nacional on one side, and Millonarios against Santa Fe on the other.
Group B features Independiente del Valle, Belgrano, Universitario and Palmeiras. Group C contains Cruzeiro, LDU, Bolívar and Olimpia. Group D includes Rep. Colombia 1, Libertad, Nacional of Uruguay and Universidad de Chile.
The competition features 16 clubs split into four groups, each team playing once, with the top two progressing to the quarter-finals.
Based on the draw and format, Corinthians could meet Palmeiras in the quarter-finals or a possible semi-final, while Cruzeiro can only face them in a potential final.
Corinthians are the competition’s most successful side with six titles, won in 2017, 2019, 2021, 2023, 2024 and 2025. Among this year’s entrants, only Palmeiras and Colo-Colo are previous champions, with one each. São José remain three-time winners but are not involved this year.
Before heading to the continental stage, Corinthians visit Bahia on Tuesday for the first leg of the Brazilian Championship semi-final, with the return next Monday at the Neo Química Arena.
