Corinthians name finance committee and assets director

On the evening of this Thursday, the 2nd, Corinthians announced on its official website the appointment of the new Director of Heritage and Works, as well as the composition of the Strategic Planning and Financial Restructuring Committee. As a result, the positions of Professional Football Director, Marketing Director, and Aquatic Sports Director remain vacant under Osmar Stabile's management.

Angel Rafael Santos Lopes will be the new Director of Heritage and Works. Meanwhile, the committee that will assist in the financial restructuring of the Alvinegro will be formed by André Recorder, Gabriel Diniz Abrão, Carlos Roberto de Melo, and Heleno Haddad Maluf. The still vacant positions are not required to be filled.

This week, Corinthians, through President Osmar Stabile, appointed Antônio Rachid Júnior as the new secretary-general, a role he previously held during Roberto de Andrade's administration (2015-2017), in addition to having been the administrative director in one of Roberto Dualib's administrations, where he was considered the right-hand man.

Joaquim Arruda will be the new deputy-commercial director. He held the position of aquatic sports director during the administration of former president Duílio Monteiro Alves, between 2021 and 2023. It is worth noting that this board will remain until December 2026, as it was restructured after the impeachment of Augusto Melo, who was definitively removed from office in August and, in theory, would have had one more year of mandate.
