Corinthians president hails new sponsorship and its value to land sports

Corinthians president Duílio Monteiro Alves has welcomed a new sponsorship he says will strengthen the club and its land sports, according to Meu Timao.

At a ceremony he stressed that financial support is vital for developing disciplines and recognising athletes.

He described the agreement as a milestone, adding the backing could enable further investment in youth development and team infrastructure.

The sponsor has committed to invest across several areas, including the academy and women's football.

Both departments have shown significant growth in recent years.

Monteiro Alves also underlined the need for strong, long-term partnerships to help secure the club's sustainability.
