Four Corinthians players have reported to the Brazil squad in Porto Alegre ahead of two friendlies against Argentina. Thaís Ferreira, Duda Sampaio, Jaqueline and Jhonson joined up on Sunday afternoon.
Per Meu Timao, Arthur Elias' side will hold six sessions, five in Rio Grande do Sul and one in Pernambuco, starting Monday with a closed workout and continuing daily to Friday.
The first game is Saturday 10 October at Estádio Beira Rio in Porto Alegre, kick-off 16:30.
Brazil travel to Recife on Sunday, train Monday, then meet Argentina again on 13 October at 20:30 at Arena Pernambuco in São Lourenço da Mata.
The call-ups mean Corinthians will miss part of their Libertadores build-up. Emily Lima's squad resume on Wednesday at CT Dr. Joaquim Grava after finishing runners-up in the Brasileiro Feminino, surpassed by São Paulo last Saturday.
Corinthians open the Copa Libertadores Feminina on 15 October against Colo-Colo in Quito. In the group stage each team plays three matches, with the top two advancing.
Corinthians, Palmeiras and Cruzeiro are coordinating a charter from Recife to Quito after the second friendly so their internationals arrive by 14 October and reduce travel fatigue.
Gisela Robledo, called by Colombia for 10 and 13 October, is a doubt for the Colo-Colo opener due to the tight turnaround.
The final 2026 window is set for late November and early December, before Brazil hosts the 2027 Women's World Cup, with Neo Química Arena among the venues and slated to stage a Brazil match.
