Corinthians record season-best winning run after 4-1 over Botucatu | OneFootball

Corinthians beat Botucatu 4-1 on Wednesday to post their longest winning run of the futsal season.

The 10th-round fixture was held at the Ginásio Paralímpico Professor Osni Bertotti Leme. As reported by Meu Timao, the team are enjoying their best spell of the futsal season.

The streak began on 30 July with a 5-1 win over Impacto at the Ginásio Wlamir Marques in the Paulista. On 8 August they beat Pato Futsal 2-0 at Parque São Jorge in the final round of the LNF first phase, then maintained momentum this week.

Previously, Corinthians had managed only two straight wins in 2026. In April they beat Magnus in the LNF, then Praia Grande in the Paulista, both at Wlamir Marques. They repeated it in June against Tubarão in the LNF and Wimpro Guarulhos in the Paulista.

The latest result makes it seven unbeaten, five wins and two draws across Paulista and LNF. Their last longer sequence came from September to November 2025, eight without defeat with seven wins and one draw, before finishing runners-up in both competitions.

Corinthians lead the Paulista with 28 points, five clear of Liga Sancaetanense, who have a game in hand. They visit Liga Sancaetanense on Sunday at 11:00 at the Ginásio Joaquim Cambaúva Rabello.
