Corinthians register Brabas coach’s contract with the BID

Throughout the afternoon of this Wednesday (4), Corinthians registered coach Emily Lima’s contract in the CBF’s Daily Information Bulletin (BID). In this way, she, who arrived to replace Lucas Piccinato—who spent two years at the club—can now be on the technical area of the Brabas. Her announcement took place last Tuesday (24), and she was presented two days later (26) at CT Dr. Joaquim Grava.

Emily Lima joins Corinthians with a two-year contract, after a stint at Levante, in Spain, where she ended up resigning from her position by mutual agreement with the Spanish club’s board during the month of October. The coach has already been leading the team’s training sessions since last week and will make her debut on the upcoming 13th (Friday), at 9:30 PM, in Barueri, for the third round of the first phase of the Brazilian Women’s Championship.

In Spanish football, she led Levante in 11 matches, losing 10 of them and drawing one. The numbers are from the website Ogol. Previously, she has had experiences with: Portuguesa (2010), Juventus-SP (2011), São Caetano (2012), Brazil Women’s U-17 National Team (2013 and 2014), São José (2015), Brazil Women’s Senior National Team (2016 and 2017), Santos (2018 and 2019), Ecuador (2020 to 2022), Peru (2023 to 2025), and Levante (2025).

It’s worth remembering that the Brabas will compete in 2026 in: Campeonato Brasileiro, Campeonato Paulista, Copa do Brasil, Teal Rising Cup, and Conmebol Libertadores.
