Corinthians renew contracts for women's keeper and full-back in BID

Early Monday afternoon (8), Corinthians registered in the CBF's Daily Information Bulletin (BID) the contract renewals of goalkeeper Lelê and left-back Tamires. The first had her contract extended until December 2026, and the defender, in turn, extended her contract until December 2027.

Corinthians, however, has not yet officially announced the renewals of the duo on their communication channels. Last week, the Alvinegro announced the renewals with goalkeeper Nicole and right-back Gi Fernandes until December 2028. The Corinthians board intends to keep most of the squad for 2026, unlike what happened at the turn of 2024 to 2025, where there were ten departures and ten arrivals.

In addition to them, the following players have not yet had their contracts renewed: goalkeeper Kemelli, defenders Mariza and Erika, right-backs Paulinha and Letícia Santos, as well as midfielder Gabi Zanotti and forward Eudimilla. It is worth noting that the Brabas' season already begins at the end of January, where they will compete in the Club World Cup of the modality – Copa das Campeãs – and face Gotham FC from the United States in the semifinal.

In total, Lelê has accumulated 174 games in two stints (172 as a starter) with the Corinthians jersey, achieving 131 victories, 28 draws, and 15 defeats, with 15 titles won (Brasileirão, Supercopa, Campeonato Paulista, Libertadores, Copa Paulista, and Copa do Brasil).

Tamires, since 2019 at the club, has 209 games (174 as a starter), with 163 victories, 32 draws, and 14 defeats. Additionally, she has scored 37 goals and provided 50 assists, with 17 trophies won (Brasileirão, Supercopa, Campeonato Paulista, Libertadores, Copa Paulista, and Copa do Brasil).
