Corinthians have renewed their Neo Química Arena parking deal with Indigo for 12 years and outlined plans to expand the stadium. The club said in a statement that Indigo will continue to run the car park.

The terms include a 35% share of monthly net parking revenue for the club. Indigo will fund about 2,000 new seats in the Leste Superior, subject to approval by the relevant safety bodies.

The new structure will be permanent, taking capacity to 51,000 from 48,905. The package also writes off R$ 2.5 million owed to the company, and from 2030 Indigo will pay about R$ 13 million for use of the space.

Parking operations were a live issue in 2025 under Augusto Melo, with the club weighing changes amid slim returns and a disputed termination fee. Alternatives were explored, including advanced talks with MultiPark in May last year, but no switch followed.

Indigo has run the facility since 2018 under a deal that paid Corinthians R$ 11.4 million, R$ 2.5 million to Omni and R$ 8.9 million to the arena fund. The contract barred removal for 120 months and in March 2025 the early break fee was estimated at R$ 12,630,915.

A clause waived rent if annual net revenue was at or below R$ 4.888 million, meaning no monthly payments to the club. In February 2025 Indigo raised prices to R$ 170 for E2 and E3 and R$ 140 for E4 and E5, rises of 21% and 27%.
