Corinthians share Canindé access info for Paulista Feminino final

On the evening of this Friday (12th), Corinthians published on its official website information related to access at the Canindé Stadium for the second match of the Women's Paulista Championship final against Palmeiras, scheduled for the morning of this Sunday (14th).

Due to the 58th edition of the Sargento Gonzaguinha Race, a traditional street race in the capital, after a meeting with the Military Police regarding the coordination and security of the match, it was decided that the gates and surroundings for access to the stadium will open at 9 am (Brasília time), just one hour before the start of the match.

In the statement, Corinthians recommends that fans use public transportation to reach the Canindé Stadium, aiming to facilitate and ensure smooth travel. The Alvinegro also assures that it has worked with the relevant authorities to ensure fans have safe access to the venue.

In the first phase of the state championship, Corinthians had the best campaign, accumulating 35 points in 14 matches (11 wins, 2 draws, and one loss – 32 goals scored and six conceded). In the semifinals, the Brabas dispatched São Paulo by winning both games with a score of 2 x 1, at Arena Barueri and Neo Química Arena, respectively.

The Sport Club Corinthians Paulista informs that it became aware this Friday (12th), during the coordination and security meeting for the match between Corinthians and Palmeiras, about the closures around the Canindé stadium on Sunday (14th), the day of the game, when the 58th edition of the Sargento Gonzaguinha Race will also take place in the region.

The club was informed by the Military Police command that access to the stadium and its surroundings will only be allowed from 9 am, when the street race will have already ended.

We then ask that fans prioritize public transportation to arrive at the location and clarify that we are working to ensure that the Fiel can access the stands safely and quickly, allowing them to watch the match from the start.

The Sport Club Corinthians Paulista counts on the collaboration of all involved bodies for the success of the operation.
