Corinthians striker enjoying busiest year of her career 👏

The 2025 season has been remarkable for Ariel Godoi. The Corinthians forward has reached her longest streak of games in her career and surpassed her own numbers from the previous year, when she was still playing for São Paulo.

At 31 years old, Ariel has played 34 matches this year, 32 of which were official and two friendlies during the tour in the United States. This total already represents a personal record. In 2023, her most active season until then, she played 31 games, scoring four goals and providing three assists.

At the Alvinegro club, her offensive performance has also improved. Wearing the number 94 shirt, Ariel has already found the net ten times and provided three assists, totaling 13 direct goal involvements. This represents an average of one involvement every 2.46 games — a much better performance than in 2023, when her average was one every 4.42 matches.

Since her arrival at the start of the season, the forward has been gaining more and more space with coach Lucas Piccinato. Even though she is not a guaranteed starter, she has become one of the coach’s main options off the bench and a frequent presence in the team’s offensive rotations.

With this good run and impressive numbers, Ariel is experiencing her best moment since the beginning of her professional career. Her adaptation to the club and to Corinthians’ style of play has been directly reflected in her performance on the pitch.
