Corinthians are preparing for a mid-year window in which they must raise 25 million euros net, about R$ 144.1m, through sales while keeping the squad competitive, according to Globo.com.

The club posted a R$ 131.141m deficit in the first quarter, and its 2026 budget projects R$ 151m from player rights and Fifa solidarity.

President Osmar Stabile has not said how many could be sold, stressing the aim is to sell as few as possible and still field a competitive side. The Libertadores knockout phase, the club’s main 2026 target, falls in the second half after the World Cup, alongside the Brasileiro and Copa do Brasil. The window runs from 20 July to 11 September.

Striker Yuri Alberto and goalkeeper Hugo Souza have agreements that, if strong offers benefiting the club arrive, they want to be sold. The board is seeking at least 20 million euros for 50% of Yuri’s rights and 13 million euros for 60% of Hugo’s.

Midfielders André and Breno Bidon, plus full-backs Matheuzinho and Matheus Bidu, are also considered valuable assets. As of Saturday, there were no official offers. Braced for exits but unwilling to trigger a dismantling, the club plans to track reinforcements, wait for bids, then map replacements, and intends to recruit without fees, leaning on loans and free agents.
