Corinthians top 2026 clean sheet chart across top 10 leagues, level with Al-Nassr | OneFootball

Corinthians' defensive solidity has been a defining feature of their start to 2026, with 15 clean sheets from 30 matches this season.

Sofascore reports that across the top 10 leagues, Al-Nassr are level with Corinthians at the top of the clean-sheet list, with Grêmio and Arsenal on 14 and Palmeiras and Al-Ahli on 13.

A large share of that return came under Dorival Júnior, who oversaw eight clean sheets. They included Paulista wins over Ponte Preta, Velo Clube, Capivariano and São Bernardo, Brasileirão victories against Red Bull Bragantino, Athletico-PR and Chapecoense, and the Supercopa do Brasil success over Flamengo.

Fernando Diniz then opened his tenure with seven consecutive clean sheets, matching club sequences from 2014 and 1978. The run ended with goals conceded in defeat to Mirassol in the national competition and in a draw with Colombia’s Independiente Santa Fe on Wednesday in the Libertadores.

Corinthians aim to tighten up again on Sunday when they host São Paulo at 18:30 at Neo Química Arena, in the 15th round of the Campeonato Brasileiro.
